Deactivated British Bren Gun MK1, 2 and 3
Deactivated British Bren Gun MK1, 2 and 3
Bren MKI .303 Light Machine Gun by Enfield. From a batch of 1940ish dated and in very good condition. We have both standard mk1`s and dovetails (please enquire for Dovetails). These Brens are just awesome - so underated by so many - yes, they may lack some of the finesse of an MG34 but they were built to be used, dropped, kicked, rained on etc. - They were loved by the troops who used them as they rarely went wrong and withstood all conditions equally well. They were very accurate and because they could fire in semi auto, they were often used to pick off long range targets!
Bren Gun MK1 - big, heavy and just awesome!
Typically in the region of £700+ - check out the Bren Guns below...

Deactivated 1954 Bren mk3 by Enfield:
Deactivated 1954 Enfield Bren mk3:
Here`s a nice post war Bren mk3 by Enfield, condition is good and original, the mk3 was a lightweight version (if there is such a thing) of the bren with a shorter barrel, designed with jungle in mind, they came in very handy in Korea - then we seem to have mounted them to every piece of wheeled armour in the entire British army . Latest spec deactivation so the mag ejects, trigger and safty move and the cocking rod but the bolt is welded in place, comes with mag and correct certificate of deactivation.
