The US made Ruger M14 - commonly known as the Mini 14, took the bolt/breach design of the M1 Carbine and the M1 Garand and kind of came up with an "in the middle one" using the standard M16 556mm round - and darn fine job they did of it. Taken on by many Police and Military forces arounf the globe, they are probably most known for the stainless folding stock version used in the A-Team, but the real things can actually hit things... Also of note, it was a Ruger M14 that George Clooney`s character famously modifield as the silenced sniper rifle in "The American". These ones are in great condition, they are early Police versions that can take sling and oil bottles in the stock the same as M1 carbines, plus they have the simple scope mount and scope (whole assembly can be removed with one bolt for the sleeker look). New spec deactivation so the bolt is welded in place but the mag ejects, trigger moves, cocking slide moves etc. and comes complete with UK deactivation certificate.Deactivated Ruger M14, complete with scope and side mounts - c`mon Face, get in the van with Murdoch...:

Deactivated Guns and the law:
Real-gun.com cannot sell deactivated guns to anyone under the age of 18. Though are not required to store this in a gun safe it is advised you store them in you dwelling, preferably in a locked cupboard. When transporting de-acs please keep them in out of site, preferably in a gun bag. Be sensible - don`t mount a .50 cal on the roof of your Jeep and take a drive - its fine on private land at shows but given the current climate please do not stress our Police any more than they currently are!
