DWA (Deactivate Weapons Association) - the governing body for deactivated guns in the UK:
OK, its fair to say that lawmakers in the UK are not that keen on real guns in the UK and the deactivated gun laws are very tight and very enforce (a we have been raided on more than one occasionand can confirm they are very thorough - clean bill of health every time!), so the Deactivated Weapons Association (DWA) are the key governing body for interaction between the law and the collector hr in the UK - Real-gun.com are, of course, trade members.The DWA help convey and consult on deactivated gun law changes and realy help defend our corner - often following a major firearms incident some part of Whitehall calls for a full ban despite deativated guns not being involved abd the DWA help consult on any reg changes (and boy do we see many reg changes with deactivated guns in the UK). They are also a key part of information gathering on behalf of the security services - should you ever encounter a situation which you are not sure about, be it the current law on deactivated guns or worse, perhaps you encounter someon you think might be up to no good with firarms then tthe DWA are a key first stop in anonomous information reporting.

We list details of our current stock by batch - due to our high turnover of the most popular models - so the images and descriptions fit that model, though there may be slight variations in stock grain/colour and metal condition - please bare in mind that some of the de-ac guns are almost 100 years old!
Deactivated Guns and the law:
Real-gun.com cannot sell deactivated guns to anyone under the age of 18. Though are not required to store this in a gun safe it is advised you store them in you dwelling, preferably in a locked cupboard. When transporting de-acs please keep them in out of site, preferably in a gun bag. Be sensible - don`t mount a .50 cal on the roof of your Jeep and take a drive - its fine on private land at shows but given the current climate please do not stress our Police any more than they currently are!
